Receiving warning level due to number of samples

If you receive the following warning message in the ospl-info.log file:

Description : The number of samples ‘5000’ has surpassed the warning level of ‘5000’ samples.

its just a warning.  Many times people don’t cleanup ‘their mess’ resulting in ever growing caches .. so we’d thought to give people a ‘hint’ that there might be something growing ‘out-of-control’ .. but just ignore it if all is OK.

Note that these RESOURCE_LIMITS thresholds can be configured for (1) max_samples, (2) max_instances and (3) max_samples_per_instance and the way to do this is by using the OpenSplice Configurator tool and add proper entries (the ‘5000’ warning level is ‘just’ the default) like this:
