Error when launching RLM server: CreateProcess failed on command line

Problem:
When launching the RLM server an error is shown and the server cannot be launched.

Error: CreateProcess failed on command line: “C:DDSrlmprismtech.set” -s 1760 -p “C:DDSrlm” (null) (null) (null) (null) (null) (null)

Solution:
This error occurs when rlm.exe and prismtech.exe are not in the same directory due to some change after installation. To fix; ensure both executables are located in the same directory and relaunch the RLM server.
